🔄 Return & Refund Policy Since our products at Psorted are digital (such as e-books, planners, and downloadable files), special rules apply for returns and refunds.

🧾 Digital Products Once you complete a purchase and gain access to a digital product (e.g. via download link or email), delivery is considered fulfilled. Digital products cannot be "returned," and therefore we do not offer refunds for products that have already been delivered.

💬 Exceptions We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Therefore we offer support and assistance in the following cases:

• You are unable to open, download, or use the file due to a technical issue
• You have accidentally made a duplicate purchase
